The number of inverters that can be monitored is set per account and based on plant size.

Access and data separation

Today

  • Each customer company signs in with its own username and password.
  • Plan, subscription term and inverter limit are managed per account; the dashboard is locked when a subscription expires.
  • Passwords are not stored in plain text (PBKDF2-SHA256 hash).

Design goal (not available yet)

  • Organisation (tenant) model: several users and plants under one company
  • User invitations and roles: owner, admin, viewer
  • Per-product access: GES, HVAC, etc. enabled separately
  • Plant data visible only to the owning organisation
