m4chanical GES Early access
Track your plant against expected output and spot deviations earlier.
m4chanical GES compares inverter output in 15-minute intervals with the output expected from irradiance and module temperature. It lists faults and underperformance as events, notifies your team and prepares the daily report.
Who it is for
- PV plant owners and investors
- Operations and maintenance (O&M) teams
- EPC and service firms looking after several plants
The problem
- Output losses hide in daily totals; you need to look per inverter and per interval.
- Lower output on a cloudy day is normal. Without an expected-output baseline, real problems are hard to separate.
- When an alarm fires, the team should not see the same issue repeatedly; duration and estimated loss belong in one place.
What the current version does
-
Expected vs. actual output
Expected power is computed per inverter from irradiance and module temperature, and plotted against actual power at 15-minute resolution.
-
Performance ratio (PR)
Energy-weighted PR is computed over daylight intervals. The warning threshold is adjustable per plant.
-
Fault and underperformance detection
Zero output while irradiance is above 200 W/m² raises a critical inverter fault; PR below the threshold raises an underperformance warning.
-
Event summary and estimated loss
Consecutive anomalies on the same inverter merge into one event: start, end, duration, lowest PR and estimated energy loss in kWh.
-
Telegram notifications
New events are sent to your Telegram group. Critical events notify with sound, warnings silently; the same event is not sent twice.
-
Advanced anomaly analysis Premium
Inverter × hour PR heatmap, energy loss by anomaly type and an inverter health ranking.
-
Reporting and export
Daily A4 PDF report with key figures, per-inverter PR and the alarm list (Premium). Raw data can be exported as CSV in every plan.
-
Company accounts and plans
Each customer signs in with its own username and password. Plan, term and inverter limit are managed per account.
Events with duration and estimated loss
Critical events always appear first. Consecutive anomalies on the same inverter merge into one row, so the team can see what to prioritise.
Data connection
The dashboard is designed around a 15-minute time series of per-inverter power, irradiance and module temperature. How your plant's data is connected (SCADA export, inverter monitoring portal, data logger, etc.) is assessed together in a call. We do not promise ready-made integration for any specific brand or protocol.
Not in the current version yet
- Ready-made data connectors for specific inverter brands or SCADA systems
- Long-term storage and comparison of historical measurements
- Maintenance work orders and field crew tracking
- Multiple plants per account, user invitations and roles

Early accessFrequently asked questions
What data does the dashboard run on today?
The demo environment runs on simulated data that reproduces a realistic daily plant profile. Values in the screenshots are demo data, not from a real plant.
Which inverter brands do you support?
We do not offer a ready-made connector for any specific brand today. We review together how your data can be accessed.
How are notifications delivered?
Through the Telegram Bot API to a group or channel you choose. Email and SMS alerts are not in the current version.
How does fault detection work?
With explainable rules: zero output while irradiance is above 200 W/m² counts as a fault, PR below the threshold counts as underperformance. No black-box model is used.
